What day does the bear mount come in?

On Xbox is it on the 17th or is it earlier? Plus race and class change would still be nice to see.

    It's going to be available at the day you're going to have the patch for Orsinium.

    EU got their update done today and the bear mount is there, so hopefully you'll see it when Xbox goes live too. There's a goat also. You know you want it.

    You will not see any class or race change but the bear mount will appear with Orsinium DLC
    I used to be an adventurer like you. Then I took an arrow to the knee.
