Well, indeed, you are one. They still have 2 weeks for console releases, so you're doing their job for them. And then the console players say that "we just were there, but did nothing".4 rollbacks and not able to log into cyrodiil....great. and that after the second long downtime in a week? WTF?
I still feel like a beta tester srsly...

I also don't want to be mean, but even dropping 1001 curses on you would still not be enough to sincerely express how miserably you failed AGAIN.

Sigh... I don't even know what else to say. You're just not worth our money, sorry.
Look, man, I totally get being frustrated... but Gina is still a person. It doesn't take much to treat another person with basic decency and respect. It's okay to be upset, even fine to be frustrated... but at least try to be a decent about it. The personal attacks against devs and ZOS staff have really just gotten out of control lately. Bugs happen. It's unfortunate, but sometimes things break on large rollouts or when certain conditions are met that stress testing or even massive beta-testing can never properly account for.Wrote some stuff...

Just wanna say you're talking to the wrong person, shes not a computer science major but the assistabt community manager who probably got a degree in business orcommunications
Regardless you also should know zos is a small team, working on this big mmorpg, and unless you tried writing a program yourself, you never really know how hard it can be to fix somethings, especially something like this with a miilion components mean there could be a number of reasons why an issue happens
If you really want to complain, the person to go to is the director, the person who gives the orders to making the game and person they have to listen too...
And unfortunately im sure they all have experience and knowledge better than you so who are you to tell them how to do their job
No offense but youre extremely ignorant on how problems occur.
Also people...remember this is zos first mmo...so...give them time with stuff like this, they dont have the 10years of knowledge and experience like some major mmorpgs like blizzard

Look propably someone at Z. will appreciate your unwaranted love for their product, but...
1. Im less than a week after gw2 launched huge expansion so i can compare how the launch of dlc is handled there and here.
2. It might be Z. first MMO, hell in fact thats their first product, but they surly have people who did work on other MMO so this argument is extremely silly.

Can you not see that not being supportive to your rudeness towards a member of staff does NOT equal "unwaranted love" of anything, just an understanding of basic manners - something I was taught as I was growing up, but which many people these days seem to have skipped that particular lesson.

"your" rudness? Where the hell i was rude to ms GIna or Z. el al?
And as you can see i didnt comment on the rudness. I did comment on that very overused argument "programming is hard, you dont get it".

My apologies, I quoted the wrong post.
You are also coming across as though you have an anger management issue though.
