PS4 EU AD Need to level up fast vr 8 - 16

Hello guys.
I would like to know what is the best level up method on the current path to level up from vr8 to 16.
I dont have enough free time to lvl it up and its so slow.

Please me let me know your opinions.

    Man if you want it all and fast you better play COD or GTA, this been said I have levelled a character from v7 to v16 in a couple of days. Go to Cyrodiil take Chilren for home campaign and do all the quest, you can only do them once a day but they will grant you lot of xp and champion points, do the caves and start again the following day and so on. You will reach 16 in no time.
