What happens to the skill points if you get cured from Werewolf/Vampire?

If you are werewolf and you go to get cured in order to become vampire what happens to the skill points that you spent in the werewolf trees? do you take them back or they are gone?

✭✭If you want to use them you need to respec. Otherwise they stay in that skill line untill you become infected again.2 -
