I'll try to be quick, since I'm always writing big posts...

I'm not sure if I was unlucky and this is random, or if it's a new thing, or if it happens just once...

Thing is, for the first time, a big (half screen) "Store Featured Items" window popped up as soon as I logged into the game.
It is easy to close it? Yes, it is. But it's rather intrusive. I've commended Zenimax in the past for making the store just a common, discrete icon on the menu. We don't need flashing stuff popping in front of us "BUY, BUY, BUY". If we want to buy stuff, we will, regardless of cheap, intrusive marketing.

So... I found that a bit disappointing... Just saying.
We don't need that, or at least make it toggleable?
