Monster gear sets bound immediately...

I thought the monster gear sets were meant to "Bind on Equip" but every single one I have is bound and I have NEVER equipped them or anything.
In fact, I opened some chests this morning and got 4 monster shoulders and every single one of them was bound immediately. Has something changed with regards to this??

Zyle✭✭✭✭✭Monster sets are Bind on Pickup, has been that way for a while now. Sucks having to decon a great set because you have so many duplicates xD
