Just wondering because I know the explorers pack was like this. I have the feeling the answer will be yes because it's purchased through crowns...
Paying $64 AUD so both me and my brother can have the crowns would really suck. At least add an option to buy 2000 crowns at once. Or even better an option to just buy the pack (lets say $40-50) so everyone on that ps4 can use it.

So both accounts need to have either ESO+ or purchased the DLC with crownsEveryone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

Yea, as much as I have enjoyed ESO and could see myself purchasing the DLC or ESO+ ,my brother and sister-in-law share this PS4 and there simply isn't any way I would pay 3x for DLC what we could not use simultaneously. If I had known about this from the beginning we could have just created different characters under one account . (Anyone just starting out should consider this before you invest too much time in characters under multiple accounts.)
So we have skipped IC and Unfortunately it seems that that the crafting system and armor has changed to favor those who purchase IC in PVP, and I am sure the gap will become wider after Orsinium is released.
Its a shame that Zenimax went a bit greedy with the Crown store on the Consoles knowing that these were shared family devices but as it stande Orsinium is being released at the same time as Fallout 4 , SWBF and Blackops I think that this is a good exit point for me and my family from ESO.
If they change the way that DLC works on the PS4 in the future perhaps I'll give it another try one day.0
