While there isn't a way to see if you've done literally every quest, there are achievements for each area denoting completion of all of the story quests and for completion of most of the quests, however I haven't found a situation where you need every last quest to get the achievement.

aside from that above, the quest-hub markers (village, tower, castle, and the like - not stuff like dungeons or dolmens) won't turn white until all quests associated with that area are complete. That still isn't good for getting every single quest, however. Then there's the chance you might not have discovered all of the quest hubs to be able to check that in the first place.

Not for quests but check in Journal > Achievements>Exploration to see if you've done all the delves and places of interest (the eye symbol on the map). Look at your map of the area to check you don't have any black icons, indicating you haven't done that quest, and if you have any blank areas on your map, head there to see if there's a quest you've missed. The quest-giver arrows and black locations appear on your radar reasonably far away so its quick to check out a blank area to see if there's anything there.
