It will be solved in the next patch, but till then, rebooting the game should solve this.

Should have mentioned. I did try rebooting the game. Still no mob.

I went back and was able to complete the quest after resetting it, when the dungeon area was empty of players. I assume because the first time there were a whole bunch of other players waiting there so the enemies wouldn't respawn for the rest of us.

I'm on PS4 and me and my friend ran into this glitch last night, Here's what you can try, it worked for both of us!

While it is fun ( ) to sit and wait for them to spawn, while playing with all of the emotes, it won't work, you and your friends and a bunch of randoms will just look silly.

- You need to stay inside the room where it tells you to "Repel the Worm Cult"
- Log out! (crucial step!) Close the game completely once you get to Character Select
- Relaunch the game, and log back in with the same character.
- Tada! you should spawn back into the room where a large flesh monster and 2 Worm cultists are there. Remember you can turn the flesh monster into a friendly!

Did you wait fifteen minutes before logging back in? The area only resets after fifteen minutes.
