Restoration Staff Recovery

What would be better for magicka recovery with the restoration staff: weighted with absorb magicka enchantment, or infused with absorb magicka enchantment? I'm torn between the two because I'm pretty sure weighted allows you to heavy attack faster, and therefore get magicka back faster, but infused allows you to get more magicka back with the absorb magicka enchantment.

The amount of magicka given back to you via slightly reduced heavy attack time, im sure, will provide far less than having a higher absorb amount per attack. The amount of reduced time would have to be significant just to compare to a decent percentage increase via increased enchantment.

The more I think about it, the more im sure im right.

The amounts of magicka being returned through enchantments are negligible.
