Newbie question - Magicka DK PVE

Hello and thank you in advance to any replies. So I just started playing recently and made a Magicka DK. Is this a good option for pve dps? I notice it doesn't have the burst (I'm lvl 14 atm) but is it top end sustained? What would be top pve dps?

Speely✭✭✭✭Magicka DKs can achieve very good PvE DPS. You'll do fine. Top sustained DPS? Maybe, depending on who you ask. The fact that it's even part of the conversation in regard to top-tier PvE DPS says something for it. What is or isn't top PvE DPS is certainly debatable, but a Magicka DK is certainly no slouch.0
