What did ZOS say about AoE caps?

Someone mentioned ZOS is considering removing them soon but I can't find the source can anyone help? This really interests me,
If your group is bigger than 6 members gain 75% damage reduction.

I for one won't resub until:
1.) You fix lag.
2.) You remove AOE caps we voted against.
3.) 12 months have passed (this is how long we've waited for you to 'get with it')[/b]

Joking aside, I haven't heard mention of any plans to remove them, although the winds seem to blow in that direction hre on the forums.1 -

If anyones spreading that rumor than its just that. A rumor.

Yeah, Wrobel's private instagram said he was removing AOE caps so that @briandivisionb16_ESO would stop posting in forums about it.
