Daedric Dewclaw drop in the Wailing Prison?

I understand that this is a very rare item (I've never seen it before and have no idea what to do with it) but I got one dropped by a Clannfear in the Wailing Prison while I was putting together my Khajit magicka nightblade last night.
It's only blue, but, still, has anyone else experience this? I forget what it's called, but, apparently it's anchored to me so I guess I can't do anything with it?
What do I do with it? At least if it was saleable I could contribute it to my guild, but, at this point, it's just sitting there.
