Still can't log on after North American megaserver maintenance

Hi everyone I still can't log on and I'm getting the notice saying servers are unavailable while we perform maintenance for the North American server yet I see people on my friends list from the same servers playing and I looked on the forums and all the maintenance is finish for the ps4 North American mega server. So if anyone has any insight or can help it's much appreciated and thanks.
