Can we turn off XP gain?

I'm a PvP player at heart. I love doing it. Always have. I am currently in a bit of a predicament. I have a job that is ever-demanding and now I have a family that requires increasing amounts of attention.

The predicament I now face is this: I do not have the time to dedicate to relentless grinding for better gear, champion points, and a level cap that is raised with each major update. Yet I do like to spend my precious little free time (my me time) PvP in Cyrodiil.

So after some soul-searching I've come to the conclusion that it'd be best for me to park my toons in Blackwater Bay for some casual fun.
The problem I now face is that, while experience gain in Cyrodiil is really low, it exists. Loathe I will be the moment my toons reach VR1.

The question I now come to you with is this: Is there a way to turn off XP gain? If not, will it be implemented in the future? If not, I might have to hang up my coat and look for greener pastures that will accommodate my needs.

@ZOS_BrianWheeler could this be implemented to only affect XP gain in Cyrodiil as well? If not, could you forward this to whomever is in charge of these types of game changes?

Sorry to say, You aren't the target audience for ZOS. Their target audience are people who will grind, or Buy crowns to skip the grind. That's all they care about. They don't care for the LLD's or anything like that.

Non-Veteran Campaigns are for players that wish to get their feet wet before the real deal. It was never meant to be something players could do infinitely. However, I do realize that some people do prefer low-level PvP but since this game is not focused largely on PvP but rather the Alliance War instead I doubt there will ever be a means of level locking players that prefer to stay in the non-Veteran Campaigns.

I buy crowns to purchase cosmetic items all the time. My most recent purchase was a zombie horse to compliment any vampire characters I may make.

Coincidentally I got the Zombie Horse specifically for my Vampire the day it was out lol
