V16 gear for a stam Sorc

Pretty much as the title says, my stam sorc is currently V15 and before I get started making the rather expensive shiny gold V16 gear I just wanted some opinions and feedback on what would be the best way to gear up. I'm mainly talking PvE here (however some advice on changes/different sets for PvP wouldn't go amiss) and I usually run a dual wield + 2H or Bow setup. Below are two possible set ups I'm considering at the moment:
Setup 1:
3 pieces of Agility Jewellery
5 pieces Hundings Rage
2 pieces Nerieneth set (i've got this in V16 with nice traits already and wanted an excuse to use it)
2 x daggers of Night Mothers Gaze (for the extra crit, and therefore heals from crit surge)
2H/Bow... any, maybe Maelstrom if i get lucky in Orsinium
Setup 2:
3 pieces of Agility Jewellery
5 pieces Hundings Rage
1 piece Molag Kena (for the weapon power)
3 pieces night mothers Gaze while dual wielding (crit/weapon power), 2 pieces while using 2H or bow.
What are peoples thoughts on these set ups? I'm also open to entirely different options but bear in mind the V16 sets from ICP and WGT are unfortunately out of the question for me right now.

✭✭Nerieneth set is entirely dependent on how often your enemies move. If your enemies stay relatively in one spot, Nerieneth is basically best in slot.You earned the 500 LOLs badge.

Good to know, I'll probably upgrade my Nerieneth's to gold seeing as i have it already so i can can swap it out for testing and plain old fun in pledges etc
