I have more times encountered a minor bug, where I mounted my mount and I am not able to use the Rapid Maneuver skill, nor any other skill. I have to dismount and mount again to make it possible.

Are you stuck in sprint? This sometimes happens and as horses don't stop sprinting when they run out of stamina, dismounting is probably the only way to fix it.

Yeah, happens to me all the time just after I mount. You have to hit the sprint button then release it and it should clear up.

Sometimes if you are sprinting just before you mount up, it will cause a delay in being able to use rapids. I have not had that issue before where I couldn't use it.
