A question on the 2H Passive skill, Follow Up

It states that: "Gives you a 10% damage bonus on the next attack after a fully charged heavy attack."
Does "next attack" mean next weapon attack? Next two-handed skill attack? Next class ability or other skill line attack?
In other words, do you get the damage bonus for performing any kind of atttack?

✭Weapon passives require you to have that type of weapon equipped to take effect, so only 2h sadly. I'd love to stack that passive with, say, heavy resto-staff attacks for regenning magicka.I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!
