So apparently in Zos infinite wisdom decides they need another day to "fix" problems, I'm sorry, but didnt we have a 8 hour maintenance yesterday? Zos while I like this game, I do not like being jerked around. Why in gods name would you not finish the maintenance yesterday is laughable. I do not find a 2nd day of god knows how long maintenance funny. I feel you take the eso community for granted, and I for one am dissatisfied with the lack of communication, as well as the fact that players send tickets in just to have an automated response saying the problems lies with the players. I've loved all elder scrolls games, but unfortunately the customer service portion is making me think better of wasting any more money on this game. My true hope is that you take this constructive criticism and actually respond to it, and learn from it.
