Hitting E for Interactions just causes weapon to equip and unequip in rapid succession

Has anyone else encountered this bug where the E Key at interaction items after a fight just causes you to repeatedly equip and unequip your weapons instead of doing the action for that particular interaction node? If so, how the heck do you fix it without logging out and back in?!?

Isn't this just because you get locked into combat?
Some things require you to be out of combat to interact, so you just have to wait it out until you leave combat, as far as I know.

No because if you are "In Combat" the interaction dialog isn't even supposed to show up for you to see. It doesn't appear til after you leave combat mode. This is happening to me after combat mode has gone away.

Ivexseen this a few times with chests,but have the option to loot it, but instead clicking interact swaps my weapon.

I had something like that happen during the intro/tutorial. I went to interact with the skyshard the Prophet summons, and just kept sheathing and unsheathing my daggers. The only way to correct it was to log out/in.

I have had this exact problem, the only way to resolve it was to relog, even reloadui didnt work

I was hoping for a better fix than relogging and loosing the option to loot all together because the chest or whatever is unattended while you're logged out.

I have a different but also an "E" key button problem since a few days: it happens (not always) that, when I f.e. want to pick up or turn in a writ (or with any other dialogue window), the dialogue just closes and nothing was done. It acts like I pressed the Escape button or the Goodbye option, but I haven't. This happens with all my characters.
