I'm curious I'm thinking about buying it but I'm curious if its only gonna be on character I purchased on or is it going to be on all characters?

The vampire apperance won't replace Mind-Shriven as in absolutely. Mind-Shriven veins and light-blue skin will still remain visible, however the eyes will be vampiric.
