The Specter - Deltia's NB Stamina Build (Advice?)

This post is regarding Deltia's Stamina NB build, the Specter.

I have a few questions for players on the forum, and if @Deltia would be so kind to answer them, too, I would love that!

1. I am a very sneaky NB. I was working on creating the former Specter setup and loved his use of the Justice system. Should I run Shadow Cloak (I love this to get away and set up for a Surprise Attack)? I think I would use it in place of Camo Hunter. Would you suggest it substituting something else?

2. I also run Night's Silence (5 piece), and I am in love with the sneak bonus. Would this work, and what would I, in turn, not use that @Deltia suggested?

3. Does it matter what four slots are Hunding's Rage in his armour setup?

4. Why Steel Tornado instead of Whirling Blades?

5. MUNDUS STONE: I use Thief, which increases my crit chance. It has never failed me, and using that and all Divines armour has me currently at around 70% crit chance with all blue armour at Veteran Rank 12. Should I switch to shadow, as suggested, for any particular reason? I find that the Thief stone has helped me more, but I also don't know exact numbers as I am a console player and we are not yet able to see stats live on-screen.

Note: I don't think it matters, as @Deltia runs a Khajiit, but that is also my race.

Generally no because you can get to 82% critical and with stealth bonus almost guarantee a critical hit. Seems like a waste for me.

It will work, but you'll lose a lot of damage from Hunding's 5 piece

Best AoE in the game, vs over time slight bit of stamina, it's a must have.

If you found the Thief helpful, stick with it.

I apologize if this is redundant, @Deltia, but are you saying that if I were to use Night's Silence I should drop Night Mother's or Hunding's Rage?

I'm saying if you're going to use Night Silences 5 piece, you'll lose tons of damage instead of 5 pc Hunding's Rage. But yes 4 pieces is alright too. Also, if you need with my specific builds, usually you can find answers in my comment section. It's okay to ask it here, just hard for me to find sometimes.

to take that further for purpose of understanding the WHY it is preferred - it has larger AOE radius and the damage scales up as the enemy health gets lower (not quite an execute, but really great in packs of mobs).
