Engine guardian is not a shield

Please zos can you make the dwarven sphere from the engine guardian proc untargetable because people use it as a shield and i don't think that should be its purpose. Does anyone else encounter this or is it just me?

actosh✭✭✭✭✭It needs to be targetable to interupt it.
U may use tab to mark your enemy and u wont hit the sphere.

✭✭✭✭I use blasty semi-AoE stuff to take out the guardian.Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -

✭I was all in favor of ZOS not updating Engine Guardian set to v16.
How many times in 1.6 were infinite resources identified as the source of all kinds of imbalance issues?
As far as it being targetable (interruptible), that's the only thing that makes it okay with me. That stupid set proccing or not proccing has a bigger impact on 1v1's and small scale than most ppl care to admit.PC NA

I think the proc rate may need to be looked at. I agree. I believe it has stayed as is for so long because it isn't causing damage issues (blood spawn ult gain comes to mind). It is causing lack of sustain issues.The Teach - AD Templar0 -

People can los it so my attacks hit the dwarven sphere and not the oppenent, like a shield0
