So, one of the guilds that I'm in at the moment hired a Guild Trader in Windhelm named Menden Berendus. None of the 5 traders in the center of town have that name. Does anyone know where this guy is?

    Yep, he is in the Outlaw's Refuge there in Windhelm.

    I'm guessing down in the outlaw refuge.
