Quick Question About Resuming the AD Storyline

I think I deleted the quest to continue along the AD storyline. I need to figure out where to go to pick the quest back up. Can someone tell me if there is a way to figure this out? I looked in the Journal and couldn't really tell from the information within.

Flu Jerky✭✭I started to power level in AD around level 14 maybe? so I stopped all questing. Now I'm at level 44 and need to do the storyline to get to a skyshard.
