I still do my pledges every day, but other than that i try to spend most of my time in Cyro trying to find & fight strong opponents and doing my best for the group i'm in

I'm still somewhat of a newb tho

Sort of forced to do PvP since I've done almost every quest (no quest achievements left and all that done) and completed Craglorn entirely excluding one Nirncrux mine that I need to clear out.

I don't count trials as a part of Craglorn for the record.

I would do PvE Vet Dungeons and Trials and what not but I think I'm late to the party (On xbone) since everyone seemingly doesn't do them anymore and if they do, they want healers/tanks and not nightblades/sorcs.

...and belong to Trials raiding guild. I also do PvP occasionally, but mostly focus on soloing and/or 1-vs-1/1-vs-X dueling.

I want to PVP more but don't feel competitive because of the grind.

I made a pve character and pvp character...my pvp character levels at the spped of a snail, my pve levels at the speed of a rabbit.

And to be honest, i would love to pvp more, but irs just....so repetitive...go to castle, try to get nase rinse repepat

Or defend own castle

Or run around aimless until you find someone to jump or that jumps you, and that can take forever

Yeah but its mostly pve that i cant solo, i need help of a friend whoch i dont want to need.

I go to ic, but its just so empty with nothing going on, cyro has much more going on.

3 vr16, 2 of which have been leveled in Cyrodiil only. With my main i got as far as vr7 zone before being bored to tears and going full pvp.

I play solo, so PvP is a no no for me. Apparently I have completed 31% of ESO with a VR 16 Sorc having completed the 3 faction areas. That's 69% of the game I cannot play if I choose to PvE and solo!

I only do what this game calls PvP to grind out the PvP levels to get the skills, because ZoS in their infinite wisdom made it so stamina builds need caltrops in order to do good DPS in PvE.

The truth is, there is no such thing as PvP in this game, there is only ZvZ (zerg Vs. Zerg). If there was a system of instanced structured PvP (1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 5v5, 10v10, etc), I would play the crap out of it.

you have to PvE in order to get anything good to use for PvP. also, the last one does apply to me as well however if there was an option "I want to PvP more but can't find a group that is big (or skilled) enough to have a chance to survive" I would choose that

PvE. I'd like to PvP one day, but not right now. Also I lean towards the solo side of PvE, I dislike group content outside of dungeons and trials.

I do both, but I am not gonna lie, I would like to do more PVP, but the grind is too painful and too long, especially now that I have a job and I can't play all day erry day like I used to.

I like both in equal measure.

I think that a lot of forum-going players of both styles are representative of the extreme bad of each side of the discussion.

PVErs are elitist and exclusive when it comes to Min/Maxing. if your DPS is off by .000002% or you choose somethng other than the hive-mind chosen "best build" then you are a worthless scrub who needs to l2p. oh and PVPers are evil sociopaths.

PVPers are whiny and complain often when their preferred activity is not the 100% sole focus of everything in the game's development. and PVErs are wussy carebears who are scared of losing.

there is a middle ground here, that I consider myself a part of, that likes to PVE and also enjoys PVP (although we may not be the best at it). adhering to a strict cookie-cutter build is not necessary as long as we can beat the content. We don't have to be PVP 1vs200 360 noscope Gods in order to have fun in PVP.

this middle ground is typically underrepresented on Official Forums.

I'd like to play Cyrodiil more, but as a VR7, it's not very enjoyable getting roflstomped by all the VR16's with so many champion points.

You don't need a group in pvp. Plus, finding a group in pvp is 100% quicker. Either I play pvp or sit arounder for hours in pve hoping to find a group so yeah no thanks. Being vet 16 doesn't give me many options in pve.

How so? I'm only VR7, but I keep thinking I'm not high enough level to do pledges.
But the dungeons scale based on the group leaders level...maybe not thinking hard enough lol.

I mostly PVE

I mostly pve, due to the lack of pvp content. At launch I enjoyed both equally than slowly lost interest in pvp and it's content. Atleast in pve I can grind/farm for best in slot gear and get achievements and strive for fastest spend runs and such. Nothing against pvp. I'm sure I would spend more time with pvp again if it was lag free and had other methods of pvp content such as 1v1 arenas and so on. Taking keeps over and over just becomes a who has more time to be on in the campaign to win it.

Anyway I just do whatever I feel like doing regardless of category be it goofing off somehow or smashing it up in combat.
