I am trying to enjoy ESO again but...

The Elder Scrolls has long been one of my favorite game series ever since I was first introduced to Oblivion. So, when TESO came out, I thought it was an amazing idea, but I didn't have a capable computer (I am a console nerd) but, when it came to console I was extremely excited. I pre-ordered the game and even battled Fog Boss for hours to play it the morning it released. My friends and I played the game daily for almost 2 months, but it eventually became dull and sort of boring. We have since stopped playing, and I find that sort of depressing. Given that the next Elder Scrolls game will not be coming out for over four years, I really want to continue to enjoy The Elder Scrolls Online (I am not really a fan of fallout). Does anyone have any tips or ways that can help me get back into the game? Anything is appreciated, as I really want to play, I just find it repetitive and almost boring at the moment. (P.S. - I have tried to give it time and maybe I would like it again, but nothing changed).
Thanks,
- Atheepic

Keep taking a break until you regain the desire to come back. The way you're feeling can happen with any game, whether single player, multiplayer, mmo.

For me, the social aspect of the game has kicked it up another level.

For the longest time I was soloing the long grind to VR16 (which I still haven't completed) and forgot about the fact that there was whole world out there of (mostly) friendly and helpful people!

@Atheepic have you tried mixing it up with a few different people? I realise you don't have a chat box on console, but I personally find voice on voice action that much more satisfying. ;)

Good luck with rekindling your gaming passion!

If it wasn't for pvp I would have quit this game about 3 months ago. Without pvp, you're left only with running group dungeons IF you're lucky enough to always have a group play the exact time as you. But even then that still gets repetitive. I know there are many problems with Cyrodiil atm but without it i wouldn't be playing this game at all anymore.

I'm with you.I used to decline every request for grouping, but now I dive right in.I ask others if they want to group for a delve or dungeon.Sometimes they just run along with me or I with them, and it takes away all the feelings of a grind.
