How comes you don't use Sap Essence that is far superior to Impulse not only on terms on damage provided, but can also outclass Templar healing on larger trash-packs.Buff it.

How comes you don't use Refreshing Path that not only is superior damage-wise, but also provides additional healing which is equivalent to Rapid Regeneration/Mutagen?

How comes you don't use Refreshing Path that not only is superior damage-wise, but also provides additional healing which is equivalent to Rapid Regeneration/Mutagen?
Takes too long? Just endure.
While Refreshing Path is useful in it's own way you have to stand on said path to receive the healing. Step off of said path and healing ceases. Sometimes you can't afford to stand in such a limited space...

Even my vet 9 NB dunmer is facing the same problem(when zos buffed NPC).
I can't lvl her up since now CP cap is coming.(my plan was to play an alt toon and grind Cp but now that isnt gonna happen)
