Wykkyd Toolbar Fps and Pr

I use wykkyd toolbar and I'm not sure what these two are. I'm guessing fps is frames per second? But I can't figure out PR. I can't find the answer anywhere by googling.

    PR is Ping to server

    AKA Latency...how long it takes for a packet of data to travel from you to the game server.
