Im wondering how many more recurring characters there will be with future updates.
If you dont know who Nilwen is, head over to the Rift just north of the Wayshrine in Ivarstead. Shes squating in a hut there. When you first come across her you might not think twice about who she is. Especially if you choose to do as she asks. Just some sort of joke quest the Devs put in. But if you chose not to do as she asks you may have a solid idea of the hint the Devs dropped here with this character. Especially her Armor. If you havent run into her, take a good look at the emblem on her chest and what it reminds you...Maybe a certain place where you can lay low?
This character is a member of a certain organization. And Id love to see her pop back up once the DLC for said Guild is introduced.

✭✭✭✭✭I completely agree with the notion. There are a lot of interesting "minor" characters in ESO I would dearly love to see again someday, one quest or another... the thieves guild and dark brotherhood stuff that will be coming may provide some opportunities in this regard...
But I just loved how you for example meet Naryu again in eastmarch, and she is all "Oh, can I do silly servant things to maintain my cov... hey, wait a minute, I know you from Deshaan... pssst, don't say it... just... help me with my mission and I help you with your quest..."
These are the encounters that make the game feel more alive, and thus I sincirely hope there will be more of the kind in coming DLCs.1 -

Indeed. Just one interaction and I just couldnt help but feel as if she was one of the better characters Ive run into that doesnt feel overdone elsewhere in the game.
On one side of the quest is the the Bosmer playful trickster. He's somewhere in cold harbor. I forget if he is in the list of people you could rescue in the past though. Been a while since they took out that interesting bit of story.Due to a typo in the system, the area was accosted by the Daedric Prince Moar Lag Brawls.0
