Worst Tech support response ever. Not acceptable from whomever handles the tech support tickets.

Agent did not even read steps taken to already resolve the issue I have with ESO crashing constantly, several times an hour without any error codes given. Below is the response of the agent handling the ticket and what I had originally written for the issue, the steps I took, and the documents I had attached to the original ticket (which were ignored completely). I miss the awesome phone based tech support very much.

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Team. Most crashing and freezing problems can be resolved by following the steps below.
Add C:\Program Files(x86)\ZenimaxOnline as a folder exception to all antivirus software and third-party firewalls
Delete C:\Users\<username>\My Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\Live (or LiveEU)\UserSettings.txt
Run a repair on the game client - https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3330/track/AvM9Hwr7Dv8S~RC0Gvwe~yIDAbMqvS75Mv8D~zj~PP~K
Check for and download the latest driver updates for your graphics card (be sure to opt out of any third-party software installations as we cannot guarantee compatibility)
Disable all overlay programs (including remote viewing software, video recording software, etc.)
If you are still experiencing issues after following the steps above, please attach a Game Consultant for our technical specialists to review. We cannot accurately troubleshoot without this file. The game crashes at random intervals. Sometimes it crashes within minutes and several times an hour. Other times I can play about an hour before it crashes to the error reporting tool . Always it says it closed unexpectedly. I keep sending in the error reports. I cannot find anything relevant so far on the tech support page that fits my issue.
No error codes were shown or given
I have done the following-

Disabled ALL addons
Updated Windows 7
Run as Administrator
Used several programs to check and remove spyware/malware (none detected)
Updated graphics drivers to latest nVidia driver
Run repair tool from the launcher menu
Deleted the user settings txt file to force the game to create a fresh copy
Run DXDiag to check with any DirectX issues and attached the report
Run Game Consultant and have attached the report"

As you can see the agent did not seem to read anything past the subject line, did not read the attached report from Game consultant that I provided because I knew it was going to be asked for. It's highly disappointing when tech support reps don't read through the customer's issue and research the steps taken to resolve the issue already own to save them time and help nail down the problem.

Please bring back phone support where at least if the agent did not know how to resolve the issue it they could talk to a consultation queue or supervisor to escalate the issue instead of this email tag, your it type of support.

    Definitely your issue, have you tried resetting your router and disabling all your addons? :trollface:

    On a serious note ZoS customer support sucks, you'll have better luck asking on reddit for technical help, though 90% of crash and lag issues are on their end and not ours. So I dunno man.

    I mod for a person that works for the company and has a streaming channel so I asked them for info how to gt it escalated, whom to send it to and they said they'd forward my issue to someone that might be able to help get this to someone that'd read read what I had written already and help get it resolved instead of passing the buck.

    Has this been happening since you updated to the latest Nvidia drivers?
    Usually found in Tech Support somewhere.
