I'm calling you devs out. Due to sheer laziness you allow a handful of players to run entire groups of pvpers out of servers. Maybe you aren't paying attention but you are losing players. I watch as server populations drop week by week in pvp. Allowing some basement dwelling dip wad to play as a character in 3 different factions in the same server with the expressed purpose of feeding scrolls to the enemy is not "game politics", it is an exploit. Just like people being able to jump over half smashed keep walls. Get on the ball before you lose everyone to Fallout. I bought the game and pay my eso, I didn't complain when you crippled my tank I believe you owe your dedicated pvp audience the ability to actually enjoy their spoils. Easy fix if a scroll drops within a certain area where it was stored it spawns back where it was.
