Engine Guardian helm drop rate

Just ran v16 vDS three times in row. It wasn't that there was a low drop rate; there was none at all. 3 runs...never dropped.

Working as intended?

I'm on run 15 ish, still no drop, so I feel your pain.

Lol, as far as i know (from zeni offical post) all monster sets have same drop rate. But when you said i run same dungeon 3 in a row, thats make me thinking this: Why did i run 50+ CoH as a v16 to get helm. You got the point.

I tried Darkshade for the first time, got the helmet.

Did it the third time, got it again lul.
