Sorry I did have to wait for people to finish one boss fight. I didn't group though, just waited patiently for others to show up

Even the arena district one? Impressive!

Easy to solo, but pacience needed. You sneak nearby when some group is doing that and you get it in your questlog haha.

Depends... if those players who "help" you are from another faction, I consider it solo++ !! That's how I did it too :-)

There's one quest in the main story that I consider almost impossible to solo (the arena district one), and another that I consider very difficult to solo (can't remember which district it is, but it ends in a battle against a boss with adds in a large structure in the middle of the district), but doable if you don't mind getting killed a few times to learn the fight. The other quests in the main story can be easily done solo if you've got a good build, good gear, and are an experienced player.

But I'm guessing the quest that's giving you problems is most likely one of the two that I mentioned. I'd expect both of those to give almost anyone a hard time solo.

Yes, the second one you mention has me stuck. The boss just sucks the life from me every time. I wait around for others to show up, but it seems not many are questing. Oh well. I'll get it eventually.

Most ppl have that finished already. Your best hope is to make a group for district farming and then trick them into going to arena. After all, there's loot chest at the end.

The gold and XP are excellent. I don't really care about the Tel Var stones. They could give zero Tel Var stones and I would still do them. Plus, I can mostly solo the IC district dailies, whereas the sewers are way too rough for me to farm solo (stam build with no shields, minimal heals, no escape, etc.)

They're pretty great for doing that. If it's a weapon line and/or skills that you're not actively using at the moment, but want to level for possible future use, just make sure they're equipped/slotted before turning in each quest. That's what I've been doing, and things level up pretty quickly.

On my VR16 templar thatI've been doing this with using the IC dailies (not just doing this with IC dailies - I've been doing this for a while with all quests) I've now got my class skill lines maxed, every class skill at rank IV of the morphed version, my armour skill lines maxed, every weapon skill line maxed except for Dual Wield (the one I'm currently working on), and the vast majority of the active skills available to me maxed. Eventually the plan is to max all of them if I can find enough skill points for that.
