Templar rework suggestion (Stamina skill tree, Magicka skill tree and Support tree).

✭Nothing you are suggesting would be of interest to me, and I have Templars of various builds and roles. What is clear to me however is that your are categorically assuming all templars use the same skills and just don't have a clue how to mix things up. Not so. Some of us actually understand our class really well and how to play it, no matter the build we run. So, thanks but no thanks.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Biggest problem I have with your suggestion is that it removes any insta-cast DPS from magicka templars. You are turning us into sorcerers that do not have the skills such as crystal fragments and curse for burst PvP DPS and without the passives and ultimate for PVE DPS. Now I have to use the bad destruction staff and lose 750 spellpower while doing so and now I don't even have my gap closer.
You noted that we like puncturing sweeps because it does so much. Well, yes, because it covers up so many flaws the Templar has. Can I fight straight up against against surprise attack spamming NBs with dark flare and sun fire? No way. You made them better, but this is a spam meta.
If I had to guess, and correct me if I am wrong, you play more of a healer/support build than one who has DPS checked on the LFG tool or finds themselves competing against high damaging PvP opponents outside a group. It seems that many of your changes are geared so that Templars more adept at this role - and that's fine, I think Templars need help here - but may be pigeonholing them as stamina-DPS, magicka-support.
Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.0 -
