KriHavok✭✭✭✭They occasionally give out hoodies on ESO Live, so your best hopes of getting one for free would be there. But they also give away lithographs, accessories, and in-game pet codes if a hoody isn't quite to your taste. Crowns have been given away in official contests before, I believe there is one going to be happening soon on the Live server, as part of a challenge to do with the new Maelstrom Arena that's coming with Orsinium.UESP Staffer & Wiki Editor0 -

Somebody's going to moan about having to pony up for costly international shipping, then the *** storm if somebody claims they never received the item contrary to what the tracking info says. And then the *** storm when you do US-only to limit liabilities.

I think you've let the complainers create a toxic perception. The good outweigh the bad. I doubt there would be those issue however they are all to ever present. I would wear one because its cool.
