I think that Hunding rage WD bonus is the same for VR14 and VR16. I'll give a pretty simple scenario for the reason I ask. I recently upgraded my boots from v14 gold to vr16 gold (hundings rage + mundus buff trait boots), my weapon damage was 3216 with vr14 gold boots, and when equipping the new boots it remained at 3216. The vr14 gold Hundings Rage weapon damage bonus is 286, the vr16 gold Hundings Rage weapon damage bonus is 299. Basically, I'm wondering why my weapon damage remained at 3216, rather than increasing by 13 points to 3229?
This makes me worry that there's some kind of soft or hard damage cap in place that I'm not aware of (my googling tells me patch 1.6 removed this, but I'm not sure). Can anyone tell me if there are caps in place, or if this is a potential bug? I don't want to continue min/maxing in the blind if there are caps I'm unaware of. High level tweaking is very expensive and even though 13 points isn't much, it's rather irritating to upgrade my equipment and have this happen.
