You know ZOS you probably wouldnt have people making posts like these if console had text chat. And just telling them to use the kiosks doesn't help them at all when inside they're thread they say they check the kiosks allrwady... so my suggestion is to add text chat, and if it breaks "emersion" or there is some other crazy reason you don't add it then make it optional like chat bubbles.

    Of course I want but the fact is they havent even "lurked" the text-chat whine threads. I fear the worst, as ESO was always meant to be social game, especially main market slogan was "Play ES with your friends".
