I can't seem to find them in the wild, anyone know where I could possibly farm them? Thanks.

Haxnschwammer✭✭✭✭9 and 10 can be bought with Tel-Var stones. That means Imperial City only. You can buy them from other players, so you don't need to buy IC.Once I was a healer. Then I took a Wrobel to the knee.

Only the 4 runes for Potency 10 (VR15-16) are restricted to IC. The 4 runes for Potency 9 (VR10-14) can be found in Craglorn and the latter 2 zones of Caldwell's Gold in normal Rune nodes.PS4 - NA - AD
