Fruitmass✭✭✭✭Well assuming it's a piece of armor or a weapon of relatively high quality and your feeling particularly lucky, you could always deconstruct the item in the hopes of getting the upgrade mats to turn around and sell rather than just vendoring the item.
This is of course assuming that the materials sell for more than the vendor price of the item. As well as cover any additional expenses such as listing fees if selling through the guild stores or the C.O.D. cost if selling to another player through the mail.
But aside from that, yeah bound goods are untradeable and can only be sold to NPC merchants.Beware all ye who log on for here there be typos...0 -
