How does everything stack - in which order?

Basically, i would like to get confirmation on what order everything stacks in? For example, when calculating my Stats, would it then be;

Base Value
+
Armor/Jewelry items and Armor Set Bonuses
+
Enchantments
+
Mundus
+
Champion Points
+
Status Effects (Potions, Major/Minor Buffs, Food and Drinks)

Also, the multiplicative bonuses, do they use ALL previous points as reference, or is there something which is considered "base value" when for example calculating the additional percentage of Regen from champion points?

Can anyone show me the exact calculation, where it can be seen in which order these things are calculated?

Knowing above would be pretty crucial for theorycrafting something really powerful.

As far as I know it's the following for most stats, I just don't know how the max health / magicka / stamina increase by cp is calculated.

(Base value + all flat increases apart from drinks) x (1 + all percentage increases apart from cp) x (1 + percentage increase by cp) + drink x (1 + percentage value of skills)

I know that @Ezareth knows it ? (don't know if namedropping will draw attention, but crossing my fingers)

It was him who made me aware of the issues this gives, with for example Seducer Set and Cost Reduction enchants. Your versin with flats being calculated first, would corresponding well to this (that using Cost Reduction glyphs stack negatively with the Seducer set)

    Total value = ((base stats + attribute points*value + gear)*CP%increase)*skill increase

    CP%increase = 1+1,00006*(total CP/3)^0,56432/100

Well, cost reduction is something completely different, you can find the calculations here.

Where does Mundus fit in here?

That calculation changed slightly with 1.7. The 17.3% Reduction penalty is now ~15.75%

The problem is a ton of the calculations change *every* patch.

I'm not sure exactly what question your asking or for what reason? I can't dump every formula I know in here as I think so abnormally translating my formulas into something human readable is time consuming.

What specifically is the question you're trying to find the answer to?

Last time I tested in 2.1.0 attributes calculated like this:

    ((Base Attributes + Attributes point + Trait + Enchant + Set+Mundus+Food+Battle Spirit+Emperor)+(Base Attributes + Attributes point + Trait + Enchant + Set)*(0.01*Related champion point^0.563)*(1+%set+%racial+%passive skill+%active skill)

Not every attributes "base value" scale with champion point.

Regeneration is confusing because each regeneration have their own formula and stacking order. Also changed a lot in some last patch.

For example magicka regen in 2.0 calculated like this:
    (Base Regen + Enchant + Set+Mundus+Drink)*(1+(Light Armor's Recovery+Magicka Aid+%Set Bonus))*(1+Arcanist)*(1+Racial+Class Passive+Magicka Controller+Major Minor Intellect)

    While stamina regen in 2.0:
    (Base Regen + Enchant + Set+Mundus+Drink)*(1+%Set Bonus)*(1+Mooncalf)*(1+Other Passive)
