I can assure you, that in decent MMORPGs (not ESO) healing can be the most difficult role, because you have to pay attention to more factors than every other player: Heal + Debuff + Combat Actiom, while every one else just has to follow the combat action.
Healing is like piloting an aircraft and your board instruments are the group health window, buffs, etc.
2. A very good healer can make wonders happen. In PvP he'll never run OOM and in many games he'd also the "break free role"
bar 1 resto staff - arrange in w/e order:
- Inner light
- Breath of life
- Repentance/Purifying ritual (depends on boss fight)
- Healing springs
- Healing ward
- Nova ultimate
bar 2 resto staff - arrange in w/e order
- Inner light
- Combat prayer
- Siphon spirit / Structured Entropy
- Luminous shards
- Mystic Orb
- Practiced incantation ultimate

Than you're a lazybum healer lol. The build you posted sort of supports that. Also the fact that you haven't healed any content that actually requires a healer.
For sure, there's games out there where healing is the easier role. But not the case in ESO. Mainly because you're not just healing, you're also expected to dps a fair amount, take care of everyone's resource management, while constantly and with instant reaction, go back to healing as soon as someone's health drops. Also need to pay way more attention to red or mechanics, compared to DD's or tank, because no one can heal or save the healer, that messes up.
Playing dps in ESO you only have to do 2 things: Keep up simplest rotation in MMORPG history. Preferably not stand to long in stupid stuff.

what about gear?
Do you weapon swap in combat? I'm asking because I was wondering if you keep the 5% health increase from Structured Entropy when you change to the other bar that doesn't have it slotted. I didn't think you do, but perhaps I'm wrong. If not, why did you choose that morph over Degeneration?

You SHOULD not keep the buff. HOWEVER, if that is your main bar, you have the bonus most of the time. Personally, I use Degeneration for a small HoT, as it is running all the time the DoT is on the target. On the funny side, in Cyro, it also has a slight graphic, so if its running, it also shows stealthed players locations.......kinda like Marked Target.
I just read Deltia's battery guide. I have been gone for a year, and wanted to make sure I updated myself before respeccing. I have one question that wasn't addressed in the guide-what is the "sidebar skills?" Is there now a third hotbar?
