Yeah 8% extra back on a potion is much better than 21% flat regen...
Go all with 3 stats or try to craft utility potions named as "health" potions spend 30 cp on the passive to increase the effectivness of "health " potions , use 30 cp on incrase the healing done and recived, be nightblade and be a crafter in alchemy ; with all this togheder you are on par with the other race and with a single potion you can restore almost 20k health and 12+k magika+stamina.
All this without jewels gliphs.
Argonians are not so bad into one specific build, they suck in all the others
That one build being standing in a corner guzzling expensive potions?

It's only speculation that the Akaviri are literal snake men. Most sources indicate that when books refer to them as "snakes" they are speaking figuratively. Especially since we see ghosts and skeletons of Akaviri warriors in TES:IV Oblivion, and they are human.
