Emperor buff (additional hp scaled to your level) when your faction doesn't have emperor). We've been running with the emp buff on a campaign where an enemy faction controls the entire map... I don't mind the bug but i'm sure my enemies do ^^
Can't Break Free / Block - I've had this happen to me a half dozen times now and it's never happened prior to 1.7 (I have had the can't use *any* ability my whole bar is permanently greyed out bug that I believe is caused by crushing shock prior to 1.6...that bug is characterized by being able to break-free continuously). It is caused by something in PvP combat as it has never happened in PvE to me. Dying doesn't fix this. You often think you're just hit with the "unable to break free bug" time and time again but when you hold your right mouse button your character doesn't block. /reloadui or relogging fixes the issue.
Regarding your bar being greyed out in the heat of battle, I find that pressing the shift key ( usually twice ) fixes this for whatever reason.
Yeah this one is odd and different from that one. My abilities work perfectly but I just can't hold block at all. Sprinting will also often fix the "All your abilities are greyed out" bug. That one is definitely far more prevalent in 1.7 as well although I can't recall if it is new to 1.7 (2.1).
Experienced all these except the sorc-specific ones.

I can´t go in IC with my main anymore. I changed gear between chars but whatever I do my main gets double the damage than my other chars. Realised it after getting one-shot by a stamina nb several times. Switched gear from my imp templar to my altmer templar and had no problems hunting the nb down, same gear same skill setup. This made me curious and I started to test the damage mobs do to me - my imp templar is somehow bugged in IC although the battle spirit buff shows in character sheet...
This doesnt just make it less fun, it ruins the functionality of the ability. Any ground you might have gained is lost the moment you are rooted in the air and fall slowly to the ground. Thats what it is essentially. A midair self root that denies the laws of motion. Between this and the removal of directional control with the camera, they have basically gutted this ability for maneuverability.Bolt Escape no forward momentum bug
When you used to cast bolt escape your forward momentum would carry you slightly forward. Now, you drop straight down from the end of your bolt. This has made the "feel" of using bolt escape to become very choppy and disjointed and it makes the ability far less fun. I'm not sure if this was an intended change or a bug but would love clarification.

Yeah there are a lot of people reporting the battle spirit not being applied bug. I've never experienced this myself but can anyone confirm it's new with 1.7

Cap closers ministunning you is pretty annoying, probably the thing that drives me nuts more than anything else right now. Especially when ambush doesnt obey typical LoS rules that every other gap closer has with respect to terrain.

this 10000000 times, makes it impossible to escape when someone is spamming ambush, you are stunned/silenced 90% of the time.

PVP NPC deaths count as PVP deaths, I don't know how you pulled that off that rez but I'm curious.

Old old bug that has always been there, there's also the spirgan forest area west of Nickel. Just reveals more poor coding, for some reason Battle Spirit has to be tagged as active in each "zone" in Cyrodiil, eg. Arrius Ground, Arrius Lumber, Arius Mines, ect - every time a new area name pops up on your screen you are moving between these zones. You lose Battle Spirit on entering some of those zones because the bugged zone is not tagged as having Battle Spirit active.There seem to be areas in Cyrodiil where you lose battle spirit upon entering. One was above glade or aleswell i think. We killed an enemy group, got their scroll and started to run. Suddendly people started to lose the battlespirit buff, just for it to be back a few seconds later. Multiple times.
I think I lost and got it back 4 times in maybe half a minute. After leaving that area (which seems to be some kinda quest area? Do not have much knowledge about the PVE in Cyrodiil) everything was fine.
