Kudos to zenimx for making our magicka builds take a backseat to stamina builds this patch. Ive got a few friends that are stamplars with 6k weapon damage. All the top groups on ps4 are now running 2 stamina dps, templar heal and maybe a dk tank for ic vet dungeons. Id like to give you guys a pat on the back and a round of applause for creating a cookie cutter build society. Keep up the good work.

✭✭✭✭✭I agree with the premise of your thread.
A bunch of my guild - mates (yes admittedly they need to L2P but don't do forums etc...) are so sick of being pummeled by WB that they have decided to re roll stamina WB characters.
I begged them to stay with what they had, that WB spam isn't all that. Doesn't matter, WB is just too good to them.
Not to mention all stamina builds are now the same.
DK stam = WB with dk heal. Temp stam = WB with temp heal. NB stam = WB with cloak.
Seriously all week long I've faced down. 1 temp no 2h, 1 Nb that used different attacks, and untold WB spammers.
There is a reason EVERYONE is running WB (talkin about general pop here)0 -

Having 6k weapon damage is nothinf, as they're giving up stamina, and regen and health and everything else, that's also with a molag kena proc which increases the cost by 50% making them even more useless.
Look at alcasts jabsmania, 22k dps in group dungeons, considtant , good sustain, good health and survivability.
He's only running 4.5k weapon damage, my magicka templar is running around 4.2k spell damage, and is a monster as both a healer and a dps when required.
Also I don't use wrecking blow, it's far too easy to counter and avoid, plus jabs hits harder.0 -

You dont, don't let forum numbers morons tell you otherwise, 4k weapon damage, 38-40k stamina and 1100-1500 regen will make you a great asset to any group, high dps, high sustain and not some one shot willy that can cast two skills and screams out for shards as they're out of stamina.0 -

✭✭Yea I'm kind of an odd build. Have a great deal of regen all around as well. My gear is definitely on point, but I've entertained going back to everything in stamina for those pure deeps. Eh, I do good in group content and solo most of craglorn and IC. Maybe I'll just stick with it.0 -

Bogdan_Kobzar✭✭✭Hmmm, need to disagree, with all the undocumented features, we have the once proud armed and armored DragonKnight roaming around in silk pajamas waving a stick.
Oh, and lest not forget to mention the magic users playing dress-up by wearing the DK's disgarded armour and dishing out insane amounts of damage!
It's great variety, better than an old fashioned vaudeville show.
