(Cosmetic) Staves as wands

Like the "bottomless" option for robes, I would like a 1-handed option for staves where we wear them on the hip and wield them one-handed like a sword. It would function as a staff and not allow for dual wield or shields, and would be purely cosmetic.

I would not mind this being an option, although personally I would continue to use staves as it's more ElderScrollsy.

it would be better if they used the same staves from skyrim, that you could even dual-wield
