✭✭Only if Argonians get the best abilities to make up for being shafted with their racial passives. Like ultimate = suck 90% health from up to 10 nearby enemies and surround self with sparkling golden shell of untouchability for 30 seconds while increasing damage dealt to all enemies by 50%.

✭No, they definitely should not.If there was an update that ZOS came out with that separated the skills and there functions when loading into PVP and then change back when loading out then Ideas like this would not be so hard to implement.
With that said there seems to be balance issues like all MMO have in the PVP areas and if you add racial ultimate and racial active skills you would further the complication of balancing PVP.
PVE is lot easier to balance from what I have seen in all the MMO's I have payed. These abilities may not have such a huge effect on the PVE side.
The timing for this idea is bad. It would be cool to see active racial and ultimate abilities, but again the timing is not good and this is not the time to add something like this into the game.XBOX NA

Seeing as how badly they bungled the balance of the racial passives, I can say with confidence that introducing racial skills and ultimates would be an unmitigated disaster.
There already exist optimal races for builds, and this would compound the existing problems with racial imbalance.0
