We should be able to study magic and become powerful Wizards in game

In TESOTU, we should be able to study magic, and do research and read. As a result of doing this, we should be able to become powerful wizards that have an endless supply of magicka, can teleport, can conjure, can perform rituals, can time travel, can project visions, can cast powerful spells (ex: invisibilty), and can do everything Vanus Galerion can do but more. We should be able to become the most powerful Wizard in all of Tamriel. PLEASE LIKE AND COMMENT TO SUPPORT THIS IDEA AND HOPEFULLY GET IT ADDED IN ASAP.
