Is it true there are TV merchants in Orsinium but no way of earning TV's in Orsinium? Thanks for any clarification.

    I don't see a problem with being able to spend them there, but we shouldn't be able to earn them there.

    They are only for people who pay for IC. I mean, they are literally small pieces of the White-Gold Tower, so you wouldn't exactly expect to find them regularly anywhere outside of Imperial City...
