✭The loading screen time between zones on PS4 is obnoxious. They take so long, I feel like I am back to playing Skyrim on the 360.

It should probably be tied the way people complain. If it is constructive and well structured, without being rude and childish, they get time reduced. If it is the usual kind full of insults and witch hunting, it adds time.
